Product Q&As
Does it block the sun
Answer from Elen’s
Hello sir, it breaks the sun significantly.
Translated by Google
I wonder if it shows what's inside?
Answer from Elen’s
Hello, sir, it is a very thick tulle, that is, it is dense, it does not show through, but of course, if there is someone sitting very close to you, it is a low house, it will definitely need a sunshade underneath, but if you are on upper floors and there is no one nearby, there will be no problem. I wish you a good day.

Is this tulle suitable for muftak?
Answer from Elen’s
Hello. Yes sir, it is suitable in the kitchen. We wish you a nice day

Hello, the window length is 170x250. Should I buy the same size? I don't understand the sparse pleats and the thick pleats. How many meters should I buy according to my window measurement?
Answer from Elen’s
Hello, you can also take your window measurement, as a pleat, and when you are a person with personal preference, one goes to two layers of fabric. Since it is a frequent pleat, 3 layers of fabric are used, but in the sense of the meaning, the most frequently used is two and a half with a pleat in the middle, this is completely personal preference, have a good day sir.

Shouldn't I buy 220×180? Isn't it 220 and 180 wide here?
Answer from Elen’s
You are right sir, but we do not have 220 in our size options, so I wrote it that way because 225 is the closest to it. We wish you a good evening

No, my house is upstairs, my house faces the school, and I asked him if it would be visible from there, or from the front, etc. By the way, does it come with cornices?
Answer from Elen’s
Yes sir, the cornice buttons come sewn on. Goodnight

Hello, I don't have the size I want. If we give you the size, can you sew it?
Answer from Elen’s
Hello, if you let me know your measurements I can help you.

Hello, can you also plant a triangular door for the attic?
Answer from Elen’s
We can do it. What are your measurements?
