Thank you for your interest. 🌸 Because this product is a *tulle curtain*, it won't darken the room even if you use it as a backdrop; it's a smoke gray, sheer, and light-filtering shade. It softens the daylight, does not overwhelm the space. If your furniture is anthracite grey: - It provides a harmonious and modern transition as it is a lighter, smoky grey tone than anthracite. Instead of completely darkening the room, you'll balance the anthracite furniture with a soft gray. Especially if your walls are light-toned (like white, cream, or light gray), the look will be quite spacious. You can create a decorative backdrop effect on the sides, achieving a harmonious and bright ambiance. ✨ 🤍

This product is a sheer, linen-textured voile curtain; it doesn't completely block out the light, but rather softens and diffuses it. 🌿 - It refracts and brings in the daylight, providing a bright that is not harsh. - It can reduce TV reflection a bit, but don't expect a dimming effect. If you prefer a dimmer room, we recommend using a backdrop curtain or roller blind in conjunction with this sheer curtain. Thank you for your interest, if you have any other details, we will be happy to help. 😊 🪟

The measurement we send is **one panel curtain size, which is pleated and full when it is installed on the cornice**, it is not the flat lay measurement of the fabric.
