Product Q&As
Hello, if we add powdered Nazo drink powder to isomalt to make lollipops, will its structure be damaged? What kind of sweetener should I use? It has an artificial taste on its own.
Answer from EFE PASTACILIK
Hello, instant powder drinks may destroy the structure of melted isomalt and cause crystallization. For the best results when making isomalt lollipops, you can add a few drops of lemon salt/acid solution or liquid sweetener after the melting process to balance the flavor and essence. We wish you pleasant shopping!
