Product Q&As
Hello, if I buy this 1 kilo product, can you send it in 500 or 500 gram packages or 250? I bought 2 packs of 250 grams from you before and I was very pleased with it via HB. Now I want to buy a larger size, but I don't want it to lose its freshness when the package is opened. Can you send it this way?
Answer from CALDIS
Hello, Our packages are valve and locked. Even if you buy the 1 kg package, it will maintain its freshness if you close the lock. We wish you pleasant drinks.

So, can I cook it like normal coffee? Do I have to make it in a large espresso or coffee machine?
Answer from CALDIS
Hello, I think you mean Turkish Coffee by normal coffee. Not suitable for baking. Suitable for pressure brewing methods such as Espresso Machines, Moka Pots, etc. Enjoy your beverages.

Hello, it says esoresso, but I don't want it to be harsh for the machine.
Answer from CALDIS
Hello, it is adjusted according to the medium roast degree according to Espresso machines. You can consume it comfortably. Enjoy in advance.
