Blue Bead Vanilla Crumb Cream Confectionery 1 kg

For those who aren’t familiar with it, “Karima al-Battisiri” or “French bakery custard” is a ready-made powder mix that’s prepared cold without cooking on the stove. This particular type is incredibly luxurious, with a vanilla flavor and an amazing aroma. I used a quarter cup of the powder and a cup and a quarter of cold whole milk (preferably) and some water, and whisked it with an electric mixer on high speed for 3 to 5 minutes until you notice the consistency has thickened and become smooth and creamy. Use it as a filling and topping for cakes—it’s stable and won’t melt. It’s a great alternative to cream in basbousa and kunafa fillings, homemade ice cream — add Nutella or strawberry pieces and freeze it like a sundae. I hope this helps, and I look forward to your feedback and prayers.
