Answer from Acar Home
Hello, since the product has a cast structure, it is suitable for use on gas, electric and ceramic stoves. The cast material is also induction compatible, but due to its double-sided nature, detection problems may occur in some induction cookers. It is also suitable for oven use.

The product description states that it is made of cast iron, while user questions later reveal that it is aluminum. This indicates a lack of honesty in the product presentation.
Answer from Acar Home
Hello, the material of the relevant product is cast material, not aluminum. High heat resistance and even heat distribution are aimed for in cast pans; therefore, it is stated as cast in the product description. There may be confusion in some user comments, but it is directly stated in the technical description that this product has a cast body. If there is a statement in the product description or images that creates a perception of contradiction, we can convey the feedback to the relevant units, but technically the product is not aluminum, it is a casting material. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, it is a 34 cm pan, sir.

It is stated in the features of this product that it has an equal cooking feature on all sides, but when I use it in the kitchen, it does not work like that at all. I used a previous granite cast pan and I regretted buying it. I don't want to regret it either. Thank you.
Answer from Acar Home
Hello, the cast pan distributes heat evenly and retains it for a long time. But if used without preheating or on high, may not feel even cooking. With medium heat + preheating, balanced result is obtained.

If there is a 36 cm version, it would be very good for us. Could you please inform the authorities?
