Our pan is 34 cm in size and has a double-sided cast granite coating that you can use on both sides. The roughness on the surface is due to a special sandblasting process to make it resistant to fire. In the grill section, you can cook foods such as meat, chicken, and fish, and on the other side, you can cook foods such as pancakes, gözleme, pastries, and pizza. Thanks to the removable handle, you can also use it in the oven by removing the handle. It is a healthy and durable product with 4 layers of granite. To allow both sides of the product to come into direct contact with fire, an extra sandblasting process has been applied to the 4th granite layer, making the product more durable. Due to this extra sandblasting process, the surface of the pan has a rough structure, and thanks to this, you can cook delicious grills and gözleme without sticking.
