Hello, using meal powder in 3 meals can lead to weight gain or loss depending on your daily calorie intake and expenditure. If you want to lose weight, your total daily calorie intake needs to be less than the calories you burn daily. This means creating a calorie deficit and resulting in weight loss. If you use meal powder in 3 meals, you should pay attention to the calorie content of the powder. If you are aiming to lose weight, it is important that the powder does not exceed your daily calorie needs in total for 3 meals. Knowing the amount of calories contained in each portion and making a plan based on your total calorie needs will help with this. If you fail to create a calorie deficit by using meal powder in the form of 3 meals, this can lead to weight gain. It may also be helpful to discuss with a nutritionist to create a plan that suits you. We are always here for your questions! Best regards, Bahs
