this compendium of conversations zygmunt bauman, one of the most important thinkers of our era, focuses on the crisis of contemporary education.

how major transformations such as globalization, customization and migration phenomena affect education with technological developments is being examined. As mentioned in the book, this educational crisis is a strange crisis because for the first time, a universal and generalizable model cannot be proposed for the differences between different human societies.

today, there are powerful forces and models that seek to assimilate those who take refuge in them, nor are there people who are willing to give up their differences for the sake of economic prosperity.

but, as bauman says, there is one thing that never changes: “children rarely walk alone-they usually prefer to walk in groups of friends.

this habit has never changed.

still, what i see when i look out the window has changed over the years.

forty years ago, almost every band was 'in one color'.

almost none are today. Here, this work offers a unique opportunity to understand our society, which is not monochromatic and is obliged to weave common life with these differences.
