Hello, how is the hardness?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, our coffee named Bolivar Daily is medium strength. What was your pursuit? If you tell us the name of the machine in your home and the hardness you want, we can give specific suggestions.

I need it ground to use in the expresso machine. Do you grind it for me? Or which coffee can I buy?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, this product is ground filter coffee. Most of our coffees are sold in beans and are ground and sent upon request. If you share how you prefer your coffee - for example, do you like it mild or stronger and more intense - we can offer you the most suitable recommendation. :)

The one we use in core coffee twill machines
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hi again, this coffee of ours is ground, not beans.

Is it suitable for use with Chemex?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, yes it is suitable

Hello, can we brew the product only with paper?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hi, technically you can say yes by stacking a few papers. But your coffee will be "watery" so to speak. You won't be able to feel the coffee aromas and you'll get a weak taste, quite diluted. Because our coffees are genuine coffee, they cannot be dissolved directly in water. So it should be brewed with at least equipment like a French press.

Hello, can we brew this coffee in a regular pot?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, what do you mean by normal teapot? Like a coffee pot such as the V60?

Hello, how many grams of coffee should I add for 300 ml of water? I brew it in a French press.
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, the ideal ratio when brewing with a French press is 14 grams of coffee for 180 ml of water. According to this ratio, we can suggest using approximately 23 grams of coffee for 300 ml of water. These measurements will help you get a balanced taste and aromat. We hope you enjoy it.

Hello, can we apply this coffee to the cup without using filter paper or which coffee is suitable for making hot water coffee?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, there is no granulated (water soluble) coffee in our product portfolio. We only sell natural coffee. It is necessary to brew with a machine or equipment to prepare. If you don't have any equipment, you can prepare it by cooking with a coffee pot. We wish you a good evening.
