Hello! I can summarize the difference between Bolivar and Genoa in its simplest form: Bolivar Espresso: Our coffee is 'dark roast'. So, the taste is more intense, full-bodied and full. It keeps the more dignified notes you mentioned, such as earthy, woody, and chocolate/nut, in the forefront. If you're the type who likes your coffee strong and with a robust flavor that hits you right away, then Bolivar is the perfect choice for you. Genoa Espresso: This coffee of ours is 'medium-dark roast'. It is a little more balanced than the Bolivar. Inside it has chocolate notes, as well as light citrus (fruity/vibrant) breezes. This adds a more fresh and balanced taste to the coffee. In summary: If you appreciate Bolivar's earthy flavor but are looking for a slightly different experience, Genoa's balanced profile, with its citrus notes, might be just what you need. If you're the type who just *has* to have that intense, bold, and full-bodied coffee flavor, then Bolivar is still your best bet. You can choose either as ground espresso. Enjoy it in advance! ☕ ✨
