Product Q&As
can I froth coffee with a hand mixer?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, unfortunately it is not possible to froth coffee with a hand mixer. The foam (crema) you mention is a condition created by the high pressure of espresso machines. Filter coffee, due to its structure, is not suitable for frothing like this, and stirring it with a hand mixer will only result in a sludgy coffee. We recommend that you consume it by brewing with filter coffee brewing equipment or a filter coffee machine. For your information, we wish you delicious coffee experiences.

Hello, is it possible to cook in the coffee pot?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello no unfortunately; The only coffee suitable for cooking in a coffee pot is Turkish coffee in the world. For this coffee, your home should have at least a simple apparatus such as a French press or v60. But if you like cold brew coffee, you can make cold brew coffee of cafe quality at home without equipment. We can provide a recipe if you are interested.

hi can i consume this coffee with just hot water without a machine?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, all of our coffees are real coffee. It is not artificial coffee like two, three in one. Real coffees you know, can't dissolve in water like artificial ones. Therefore, unfortunately, you cannot throw it directly into water and consume it. If you have a French press etc at home you can brew it.

Is there a scale inside to put the coffee in the frenchpress?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, there is no measuring spoon in the product content. However, in order to achieve the ideal taste when preparing your coffee, it is sufficient to use approximately 10-12 grams (about 2 tablespoons) of coffee per 180 ml of water when brewing with a French press. We hope you enjoy consuming it. We wish you a good day.

Is it the seed or 1kg?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, yes it is a total weight. There are 2 half-pound packages. But it is ground not core.
Translated by Google
There is no difference between the 1 kg one other than the size, right?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, **Our 1 kg product is Bolivar Espresso. This is a core coffee with an espresso roast profile, developed specifically for crafting espresso-based beverages. It's designed for use in espresso machines or espresso brewing equipment. Bolivar Daily is a filter coffee. It is prepared for use with filter coffee machines and V60, Chemex and similar filter brewing equipment. In short, the main difference between the two products is that one is espresso coffee and the other is filter coffee, Therefore, their usage areas and brewing methods differ from each other. For your information, we wish you delicious coffee experiences.

I wonder if it can be drunk by throwing it into water and how it is made?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, all of our coffees are real coffee. So it cannot be thrown directly into water and drink. These "three-in-one" coffee drinks, which can be thrown into water and drunk, are artificial coffee beverages made in a laboratory setting, not genuine coffee. True coffees should be brewed with equipment such as a French press.

Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, our product is filter. It is very suitable for brewing with French Press, which is one of the easiest brewing methods. Our recommendation is to use the ratio of 10g of coffee to 160ml of water. In this way, you can enjoy your coffee with the most ideal taste. Enjoy now.. :)

In the filter coffee machine... can I capture the foam appearance in the video... or will it provide that appearance if it falls into a cup instead of a glass teapot for 1 drink?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello, thank you for your good question. But our video was tried on an espresso machine. So made espresso not filter coffee with Bolivar. As you may know the foam you are referring to is called espresso crema. That is, anyone can catch that creamy foam at home, but for this you need an espresso machine. Unfortunately, technically in a filter coffee machine, that cream foam does not form. Because the espresso machine is putting pressure that foam. Unfortunately, since there is no pressure in filter coffee machines, it is technically impossible for such an image to appear.

Hello, I drink filter coffee before exercise, how many teaspoons should I use for 200-300 ml of water in a French press?
Answer from Anisah Coffee
Hello! If you want to use it for pre-workout pump because filter coffee usually has a more intense taste and aroma, you can choose a slightly stronger coffee. For the French press, it is generally recommended that about 1 to 2 tablespoons of coffee be used for 1 cup (200-300 ml) of water. However, you can increase or decrease the amount according to your personal preferences. By experimenting, you can find the amount of coffee that best suits your taste. Good workouts!
