Amboss Vento Steel Induction Base 2 Piece Frying Pan Set 20-24 cm

It's a very nice brand, the pans are exactly what I wanted.

I was satisfied. thanks a lot

My pans were delivered today, I washed them immediately and used them and there was not that much sticking. To prevent sticking with steel pots and pans, first heat the pot or pan on medium heat for a few minutes. Then put a few drops of water in the pot that is heating up. If the drops do not immediately evaporate and disappear, but roll over the surface, like mercury, then the pot has reached the ideal temperature. Dry the pot completely with a paper towel after you drip it. Turn the stove down a bit and then add liquid oil and spread it all over the pot. The oil will form a thin film layer. Then add the food and don't constantly fiddle with it while it's cooking; the meat or other foods will naturally release from the surface once it's sealed. By paying attention to these steps, I fried chicken and made rice and it was very good. I threw out Teflon pans and bought these steel ones as healthier. I would recommend.

It turned out better than I expected, the thickness of the meat is very good, I think it is a product that I can use for years *****

I liked it a lot, a nice product
