Hello sir, in steel production, a layer called lime protective galvanizing is used to protect the surface of the product. This layer may react upon initial contact with detergent and water, causing a temporary appearance on the surface. This situation is completely normal and harmless. To remove any residue, we recommend gently wiping the product with half a lemon and then hand-washing it in lukewarm water. After this process, the surface will return to normal. We would like to point out that this situation can be seen in many brands today due to the protective layers used in steel production. Thank you for your understanding.
