Regular cleaning of 24Bottles products helps maintain their performance and extend their lifespan. After each use—especially if you’ve used the bottle for a beverage other than water—we recommend rinsing it with lukewarm water. For cleaning: • Lukewarm water and mild detergent • You may use baking soda. After cleaning, turn the bottle upside down with the cap off and let it dry completely. 24Bottles products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The following conditions resulting from normal use are not covered by the warranty: • Scratches • Deformations caused by impact or dropping • Paint wear • Improper use of the product • Unauthorized modifications made to the product • Wear and tear resulting from normal use Important Note: Uncoated stainless steel products are dishwasher-safe. Hand washing is recommended for patterned, painted, or specially coated products.

Product Q&As
Does it have a cold/hot feature?
Answer from 24 Bottles
Our Hello Kids series includes 250ml and 500ml products with an urban water bottle feature, which is not insulated. It does not have a hot and cold thermos feature, but you can prefer our Kids Clima 330ml models for the thermos feature.

Hello, the water bottle is leaking. Is there any adjustment we need to make to prevent leakage?
Answer from 24 Bottles
Hello, our products are dual-use. Both by sewing and with the inner straw. There is a hole under the pipette in the lid that serves to allow air to enter the very small pipette. It is normal for water to leak from the hole that should allow air when used by sewing with a straw inside. Even with a straw, it shouldn't be used upright for health reasons. When you use it by removing the inner pipette and sewing, it never leaks, you can use it safely.
