Good day, I have no experience with this type of copper oven with handles. Will the handles be damaged in a 180 degree oven? It is necessary not to expose copper to high temperatures. Is that true? Greetings.
Answer from Zinnun Bakır Metal
Hello, Copper has high temperature absorption power. I recommend that you do not go above 200 degrees. I do not think the handles will be damaged. Of course, keep in mind that the color of Copper will fade.
