Product Q&As
I am on the computer for 6-8 hours a day. Is it necessary to take it with a doctor's recommendation? And how many hours should be used daily at first?
Answer from Optimum Mağaza
Hello sir; The recommended usage period of the product starts with 1 hour per day, increasing by 10 minutes, it should be used for at least 14-21 days and should be stopped when muscle memory for the correct posture position is formed. If you have the possibility to consult a doctor, of course it would be beneficial.
