We recommend regular use for healthy and strong hair. * If applying to your skin, first wet your skin with warm water, then gently lather with circular motions for about 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water. If your hair feels stiff after use, especially if you have long or dyed hair, we recommend rinsing it with vinegar water as a final rinse.
