Is it just an outer pillowcase, or is it a complete wool pillow with an inner filling?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, it is only the outer cover, you need to buy it separately as a pillow. 😊

Translated by Google

Is the lining fabric on the bottom of the wool cotton?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, it is 100% cotton fabric. 😊

Translated by Google

Hello, is this product a pillow or a pillow mattress protector?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, this product is our wool pillow mattress protector. 😊

Translated by Google

Hello, how should I wash the mattress pad?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

We recommend hand-washing pillowcases, sir

Translated by Google

mrb there is only wool on the inside of the mattress protector. was. There is a comment saying it has no coating, but I would appreciate it if you could clarify it.

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

It has a coating, sir.

Translated by Google

I washed it at 30 degrees delicate. I did what the instructions said. Can I do something to get it back to its old self? or it will be garbage

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, can you share the washing process in detail?

Translated by Google

Does it work for all pillow sizes?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, the size is 50/70.

Translated by Google

It comes with printed fabric inside and out, right? and the material used for filling is wool.

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

The inner part is plain fabric, sir, the outer side is printed, the content is entirely wool.

Translated by Google

Does the liquid pass under it?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, unfortunately it does not have such a feature.

Translated by Google

Hello, the mattress pads have a problem of making noise while sleeping, I am hesitating about whether this will do it, I really want to buy it, will it work?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

It is cotton fabric, it does not make noise, sir.

Translated by Google

Does it have any effect on cervical disc herniation?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello, our products are 100% pure merino lamb wool. It will help reduce your neck and waist pain, sir.

Translated by Google

Can you provide pillows in 80 57 dimensions?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello, sir, 50/70 is the standard size on our Trendyol page.

Translated by Google

Thank you very much. I am allergic to wool. I was impressed by the smell of wool, so I asked.

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

I understand sir, it probably won't bother you, but we can't say anything clear about this.

Translated by Google

Hello, the softness of the slime I bought from your page disappeared when I put it on, will it return to its previous state?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

It gets a little softer with use

Translated by Google

After putting this wool pillow protector on my regular pillow, should I put a regular cotton pillowcase over it to keep it from getting dirty too quickly? Will that work?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, of course you can use it.

Translated by Google

I want to buy a pillow protector. However, some comments have mentioned that the inner fabric is bad. I was undecided,

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, our inner fabric is a specially produced, densely microned, 100% cotton fabric to prevent wool from coming out. You can rest assured about this. Only hand washing is recommended, not machine washable. 😊

Translated by Google

Is it machine washable?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

We recommend hand washing sir.

Translated by Google

I washed my pillow protector as soon as it arrived at 30 degrees and the wool inside became lumpy, I followed the instructions, why?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, if you pay attention to the product image, we recommend hand washing, not machine washing. Our wool pillow protectors are not suitable for machine washing. 😊

Translated by Google

In some comments, you stated that you started production from patternless fabric. Is there a plain fabric wool pillow protector available now?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, our production of pillow protectors with patterned fabric continues.

Translated by Google

hello how much is the weight

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, the average weight is 200-400 grams.

Translated by Google

Hello, do you have fabric without pattern? The light color will be visible on the cover. I would like this pattern without any text. Is the fabric stretchy?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello, our pillow pad fabric is like this, sir, we produce it as standard.

Translated by Google

I bought it because it said it was machine washable. How should we wash?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

You can wash it by hand with softener or wool shampoo, sir.

Translated by Google

Good day, I want the inner part of your wool mattress pads to be made of fabric, not interlining, but the outer surface. The interlining can tear from washing over time. Is there a product that I want? It has cotton fabric inside and outside, and the inner filling is a face pad.

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, the inner fabric is lined fabric, unfortunately we do not have another option.

Translated by Google

Hello, can you please let me know whether it is lined or not?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, the inner cover is lined.

Translated by Google

Hello, what is the total weight of 2 pillows?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, the products in the image are pillow mattress protectors, they are shipped separately, our pillows are available on our page and the weight of one of our pillows is 1 kg.

Translated by Google

You wrote about a mattress protector, but when you read the comments, you said that it is not liquid-proof. What is the purpose of producing this? Is it to use non-wool pillows? Also, why is it written as Ali even though it is not a mattress protector?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, its feature is to prevent sweating and increase sleep comfort with its soft texture.

Translated by Google

Will it reduce the performance of the product if we put it on silicone pillows? I have neck pain, do you think I should buy a pillow or a mattress protector...

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, it does not reduce the performance of our product, and we also recommend our pillows to you. We are getting good feedback on this subject from our customers.

Translated by Google

Hello, we bought this product and when we washed it, the outer part became wrinkled. How can we fix it?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, you can do the soaking process in warm water.

Translated by Google

Is the pillow mattress liquid proof?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, unfortunately it is not liquid proof.

Translated by Google

What is the fabric used on the inner surface of the mattress protector?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

We use MT square 40 gr interlining to provide breathability.

Translated by Google

Hello. Does it make a rustling sound? What material do you use on the inside? Also, does it fit orthopedic pillows?

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, it does not make any noise. It contains one hundred merino lamb wool. The outer fabric is one hundred cotton fabric. It is 50/70 in size.

Translated by Google

Hello, I will buy the pillow Alexi, but some users commented that it came without lining. I would be very happy if it was shipped with lining inside.

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

It has a special inner lining, sir, it is not the same as the outer fabric.
