**** **** - 14 October 2025

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, it is not like the old wool, the wool comes to us washed and combed. After the washing process, you do not need to dry or spin it. There will be no stains on the mattress, it dries without any problems, sir.

Translated by Google

Hello, can wool be trusted?

**** **** - 8 October 2025

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, our wool comes washed and combed and is pure merino lamb wool, it does not contain any blends.

Translated by Google

Is it 1000 grams or 1250 grams? It says differently everywhere.

**** **** - 29 September 2025

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

1000 grams sir, don't worry about the kilogram, we send it at a high price, users can empty it and use it this way.

Translated by Google

Hello, I normally sleep with a wool pillow and I feel comfortable when it is hard. Will it sink into it like other silicone pillows?

**** **** - 21 September 2025

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

The standard version is much higher than normal pillows. Our customers generally use it by emptying it out, I think it will suit you perfectly.

Translated by Google

How many grams of wool do you put? I want it high.

**** **** - 18 September 2025

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, we put 1 kg of wool.

Translated by Google

I used to weave our old wool pillows in a few years and emboss them with a stick. How is this product embossed when pressed? Do you wash it in the machine to get it into its fluffy form or do you need to beat it with a stick?

**** **** - 13 September 2025

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

Hello sir, it will be enough to beat it with a stick.

Translated by Google

How many inches high is it?

**** **** - 16 August 2025

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

It's a high pillow, sir. We don't have an exact measurement in centimeters, but our customers feel comfortable by emptying it, so we make it extremely full just in case.

Translated by Google

I put the product in the machine and washed it according to the instructions, but there was some clumping in the wool. Will it be fixed if I dry it in the dryer?

**** **** - 25 July 2025

Answer from Yüncü Hanım

It may have an effect if you dry the duvet in the embossing ventilation mode.
