it is the season of "rebirth," when the ideal of "new birth" is revived in minds, when nature and humanity enter their own unique renewal processes, and when new discoveries are perhaps made with even greater enthusiasm in the literary world.

We wanted to dedicate the last issue to Arif Damar, wanting to commemorate his greatness and literary identity once again after his painful loss.

We hope we have been able to prepare an issue worthy of the great master.

In this issue, we can consider the relationship "Poetry and Philosophy," which can be seen as a continuation of our series on "Poetry and Other Arts Relationships," which we started two issues ago, and the connections between these two genres. We wanted to reveal this by asking various names from the art and thought world. We extend our thanks to everyone who assisted us in this regard and shared their writings with us.

As Hayal Publications, we are proud as a publishing house for the various awards received by our six authors this month.

The 2010 Behçet Aysan Poetry Award, organized by the Turkish Medical Association, was awarded to Fuat Çiftçi's book titled "The Painful Color." The Special Award for the same competition, dedicated this year to the memory of Arif Damar, was given to Gültekin Emre's book titled "Tingling." At the Homeros Awards, organized by the Karşıyaka Municipality and held this year in memory of Arif Damar, Sidar Sinan Özmen's book "Fathers with Cat Smiles" was deemed suitable for the Third Place Award of the 2011 Arif Damar Poetry Award. The Jury Special Award was given to Duygu Ergun's book "Birdhouse"

Ahmet Ş. Doğan's book "Derdane" and Nihat Özdal's book "Before Google" were recognized in the Commendable category.

We congratulate our writers/poets for this encouraging news.

We look forward to seeing you in our new issue and wish you pleasant reading.
