Yordam Kitap Karamazov Kardeşler Volume: 1

Product description

19, when russian literature became the “noble literature” with pushkins, tolstoy, turgenevs. "the brothers karamazov is the last novel written by the great writer dostoyevski, who left his mark on the century by bearing the burden of poverty, pain, crime, the streets, and the voice of the ""people"" before his death."

it is the climax of all his literary output.

the brothers karamazov, in its rendering of the conflict of faith and reason of the author, is more comparable to texts such as the divine comedy, faust than to other examples of the genre of novel. Another important aspect of the novel is that it thoroughly demonstrates the deterioration in the russian family structure (which dostoyevsky previously marked in his novel the young man).

the murder of a lustful, immoral father by one of his sons forms the plot of the novel.

but even this murder would be just one of the grounds on which the question of justice is discussed. The entire novel is like a statement that the question of “if there is god, why is there no justice in the world?” is also a reflection of deep sorrow. From all over the world, it will lead to new currents in literature and philosophy in the coming years, targeting a wide audience that includes figures such as freud, einstein, kafka, camus, and sartre. Yordam edebiyat presents this great work in turkish by the master translator leyla soykut.
