Product description

What kind of strategies and experiences do we have in our hands for the liberation of women? What has the great historical turning point opened with enlightenment promised to women? While europe was convulsed by revolutions in the previous century, what position have women been in with regard to demands and quests for freedom? What kind of solutions have the commune women of paris produced in this table? 20. How can the experiences of “reel socialism” that marked the century be analyzed under the title of “women’s liberation”, with what promises, issues and disappointments? "how can examples such as today's communist approaches, the perspective of stakeholders, and the ""feminist strike"" be related to all these historical traces?" "ebru pektaş, in the light of such questions in the women's liberation movement, goes beyond the endless theoretical searches about women's subjugation and the reasons for oppression, and relates the ""idea of liberation"" to worldly and everyday issues, concrete and vital issues."

from women ' s utopias to bourgeois revolutions, from the commune experience to the “practices of real socialism” and finally to today ' s communist prescriptions, she is exploring a line of “woman ' s rule the revolution”.

“in this book, as a basic thesis, i argue that “still”, the precondition for women’s liberation is socialism. However, it is imperative to consider this prerequisite together with a 'power perspective' that should be included in the women's struggle. The thing that will make the prerequisite of socialism truly real in all its essence is 'the woman's rule the revolution'.
