It's nice that it came with 2 pillows, after 2 months the pillow falls to 1, unfortunately we had to open one and fill it into the other.

    Answer from Yassimo

To date, we have received positive feedback from all of our users on this issue. Product features are also available on our page. We hope to receive positive feedback from you as well.

    Answer from Yassimo

Hello, our pillow is anti-allergic. We generally received very good feedback from those who bought it for dust before. I hope it will be the same for you too.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is it anti-allergic? I want to choose it for asthma, COPD or chronic asthma. Is it suitable?

    Answer from Yassimo

Hello, our pillow is anti-allergic, but it would not be right to say anything clearly about asthma and COPD.

    Translated by Google

Since I am allergic to dust, will I have any problems if I buy this product?

    Answer from Yassimo

It is an anti-allergic pillow, we think it will be good for you, not a problem.

    Translated by Google

Hello, does it collapse as you use it?

    Answer from Yassimo

Hello, it collapses by three centimeters as you use it, but it does not collapse more due to the fiber content in it.

My product has arrived, you gave me a smaller towel as a gift, thank you. My question is, where does Aki's fibers deteriorate when washed?

    Answer from Yassimo

Hello sir, you can wash it at 30-40 degrees and 600 spin cycles. We recommend that you do not use fabric softener and should prefer liquid detergent. There will be no problem this way. We wish you a good evening and hope you enjoy it in good times.

    Translated by Google

It causes allergies because I sleep on a wool pillow. I hope this passes

    Answer from Yassimo

It will probably pass because we have a bamboo anti-allergic pillow with a silicone fiber cover. Enjoy it now.

Is there one with less weight?

    Answer from Yassimo

Hello, we normally sell this grammage, but since we are a manufacturer, if there is a grammage you want, we can produce it that way.

    Translated by Google

Does the product description say 650 Gr +? ?? but in the product description title it is 900 Gr. It was said. I wonder how much it weighs?

    Answer from Yassimo

In the product descriptions, Trendyol must write 650 gr, its real weight is 850/900 gr, sir.

Hello, I think your product is 17 cm high, is there any chance you can fill it up to 20 cm?

    Answer from Yassimo

Hello sir, our product is 18 cm, we can fill it a little more to make it 20 cm.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I was hesitant because it has fiber inside. Wouldn't it be ineffective against sweating?

    Answer from Yassimo

Hello sir, since the outer filling is bamboo, it does not cause sweating, but it does not prevent extra sweating either.

    Translated by Google

If the inner filling is fiber, how does it become bamboo?

    Answer from Yassimo

Three filling fiber outer fabric is made of bamboo

    Translated by Google

Hello, is each one 900 grams or are 2 pillows 900 grams in total?

    Answer from Yassimo

Hello sir, the weight of one pillow is 900gr.

    Translated by Google

I wonder how tall it is, it's not a thin pillow, right?

    Answer from Yassimo

Hello, it is not a very thin pillow, it is 18 cm high.

    Translated by Google

How can we dry the pillow after washing it, because the middle of cotton pillows does not dry?

    Answer from Yassimo

The inner filling of the pillow is silicone fiber, it dries faster than cotton, we do not recommend a dryer.

    Translated by Google

    Is it washable?

    Answer from Yassimo

Hello sir, you can wash it at 30-40 degrees and 600 spin speed. We recommend that you do not use softener and you should prefer liquid detergent.
