Necatigil describes hamsun's nomad trilogy, consisting of the novels "under the autumn stars," "sad weather," and "the last happiness," as follows: the three sections have three distinct names, but in reality, all three sections are essentially "sad weather." All three have the same hero. The events are narrated from the mouth of knud pedersen, hamsun's real name. The hero is a middle-aged man, now tired of big cities, trying to dissipate his inner troubles in the countryside, in the forests, in places far from cities, chasing the lost youth. A poet at heart, seeking solace and healing in the embrace of nature, far from the hustle and bustle of city life and civilization. someone who longs to soothe the turmoil of their blood under the stars, amidst the breath of the countryside. The play, which was broadcast in 12 episodes on istanbul radio between september 24 and october 6, 1973, was directed by kemal bekir and the effects were by korkmz çakar.
