I finally got my own size 😂 I normally bought size L, but it was never as comfortable as I wanted, so I returned it and bought XL from the discount. 🫶🏻 Actually, we had this on my first mother, we first bought it for her and bought it one size bigger for her, I forgot. I'm not normally size L, but since it was tight, I bought a size or two larger. You should definitely buy at least one size larger. Don't believe those who say buy your own size here, unless you are very, very thin, because the purpose of these tights is not to have a corset effect, their purpose is to create a thermal effect and make you sweat with your movement, so buy them knowing that there is no need to be tightened for this. Those who said "wow, it's perfect, it fits perfectly, it stays tight, etc." We got overwhelmed and tightened after two movements, then they cry that the tights were torn :)) The corsets are different :) By the way, I tried to give them as many measurements as I could, hoping it would help. 🫶🏻 Do not doubt the condition of sweating, I know from my mother that it is like a lake and you do not feel it because it sucks into it, if we want to tighten it really, narrow it in size, and get a nice effect, this is not impossible, there are two things we need to do to wear and act regularly. ☺️ You really see the benefits with regular use, I know it because I have used another brand before. My measurements are height 1.61 kilos 57-58 Hip size 100
