Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G Smartphone

good product

Very beautiful

i purchased the phone because of the specs and reviews were good but when i used the item,i realized that it is not as good as the reviews..when i charge it..it heats fast and draining battery even on standby..the worst thing about it is that when i conect it to the wifi..it automatically installed so many apps including games, instant messaging, shops etc. without asking for permission..just like that..so many apps downloaded and installed.. I don't feel safe logging my email on this phone with all these apps pre installed..even if i can uninstalled them one by one..still i dont trust the phone..i feel like it is prone for virus or hackers..after realizing all these in just less than an hour i decided to pack it back and request to return..courrier picked it up after exactly 24hrs since it was delivered..the seller rejected the item said that it was used and not suitable for resale and it was sent it back to me .. trendyol adviced me to received it with a promise that they will protect my Rights..but when i request to return to seller, again the seller rejected..so then fine. ..you win..just take my money ..what can i do then... so you guys..dont open any items because even customer policy will not save you ..they will force you to take the item even u change your mind because of the poor quality of product.
