Product Q&As
How many minutes to put on belly?
Answer from Woolly Well
Hello, if you are going to put it to sleep, you can keep it on your stomach until you wake up. If you are going to put it in while awake, you can keep it in for 30-60 minutes. You can do this 4 to 8 reps per day depending on gas pain. We wish you healthy days.

Is the product heated in the microwave or heated by an iron? Make a decision if you want. In one question, you said not to put it in the microwave. You said heat in the microwave on one?? ?
Answer from Woolly Well
Hello Ms. Yeşim, since this product contains natural wool, it cannot be heated in the microwave. We recommend heating it with an iron. There is confusion due to the old product. We wish you healthy days
