Product Q&As

Hello, it is ceramic.

Good day, my product has arrived, but I cannot open the lid, it is very tight. I have never had such a problem with products I have used before. Is there a problem with the product? Can I get information?
Answer from Woodcept
Hello, can you please take the lid in your palm and try to open it by gripping it firmly? We're tightening the caps a little too much so they stretch well, and to avoid hurting your hand, it's better to ask a boyfriend for help if you have one. It would be difficult to grasp and open with two fingers, as I said, please try to grasp the lid tightly around it with your palm. It was a little too tight because we put it on and sent it ourselves.

Hello, I will buy the product, but in the comments they wrote about cover incompatibility and pump problems, is there such a situation?
Answer from Woodcept
Hello, we check and send it, but since the target audience is housewives, they may have some difficulty in tightening it. This is temporary, as you use it a little, the lid opens and closes more easily. However, this is a very rare situation and there will be no problem.
