Hello, I wanted to ask you something. I bought a new carpet from you and unfortunately my daughter's green dye spilled on the white part. I was very upset, no matter what I did, it didn't come off. I wonder what I can use to remove it, I'm in a very difficult situation.
Answer from West Home
Hello sir Mix in a container dish soap + vinegar + baking soda + warm water. It is normal for it to foam. 2. Apply on the stain: Pour the mixture onto the stain with the help of a cloth or sponge. Feed it in with a gentle push. 3. Leave for 15-30 minutes. During that time the paint starts to dissolve. If the stain is dried on, this step is very important. 4. Just rub it gently with a soft brush or cloth. You will see the stain starting to dissolve. 5. Rinse and then wash in the washing machine. Then you can wash at 30 degrees. Do not dry in the dryer. 6. Repeat process if needed. Especially for dark colors, highly pigmented watercolors may require multiple applications.

Hello sir, you can take the Width and Length measurement of the place you want to use, and then choose the size that suits you from the options. In our products, Width (EN) always comes first, followed by Length (height). For example; It comes as 80x150 (80cm width x 150cm length).

Isn't it the width when choosing?
Answer from West Home
First width, then height, sir.
