Product Q&As

Hello, what is the fabric type?

**** **** - 20 August 2024

Answer from Wellstil

Hello, it is a linen and cotton blend. It is referred to as linen fabric due to its main linen content.

Translated by Google

Does it hold stains?

**** **** - 25 March 2024

Answer from Wellstil

Hello, based on the experience of our customers and our own, unless there is a very heavy oil stain, it can be easily cleaned by machine washing with a stain remover that does not have bleaching properties. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Translated by Google

Hello, is it okay if we put plastic containers under the vegetables in the refrigerator to prevent them from spoiling?

**** **** - 11 September 2026

Answer from Wellstil

Hello, Our fabric has a low absorbency level, so it is not a product specially produced to prevent spoilage by absorbing the moisture of vegetables. However, it can be used to reduce direct contact between the plastic container and vegetables, and to keep the surface more tidy.

At what temperature do you recommend machine washing?

**** **** - 27 March 2025

Purchased this item

Answer from Wellstil

Hello, you can wash on a short program at 30 degrees. If a stain has occurred, you can intervene with a stain remover that does not have bleaching properties. Do not use the dryer. After washing, there may be some wrinkles as it is a linen product. If it bothers you, you can iron the product from the reverse side while the product is slightly damp.

Translated by Google

Does the fabric pill after washing or use?

**** **** - 4 September 2024

Answer from Wellstil

Hello, since it is a cotton-linen blend, it may pill a little. It is related to the natural structure of the fabric. You can prevent this situation if you iron while slightly damp after washing. We wish you a nice day.

Translated by Google

Can embroidery be done on it?

**** **** - 9 October 2025

Hello, you can embroider the product. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Translated by Google

I wish you good luck. Will it stain? Can it be washed?

Hello, based on the experience of our customers who use it and our own experience, unless there is a very heavy oil stain, it can be easily cleaned by machine washing with a stain remover that does not have bleaching properties. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Translated by Google

Hello, is it suitable for applying pressure with an iron?

**** **** - 24 February 2025

Translated by Google

Hello, is the product suitable for filtering food? (Can cheese be drained?)

**** **** - 16 March 2024

Answer from Wellstil

Hello, the fabric may be thick because its texture is dense. We would not recommend it. But the decision is still yours.

Translated by Google

Hello, I bought a runner from you, the fabric seems to be exactly the same, I think it would be a nice unity if I bought the napkins as well, they would look like the same fabric, am I wrong? 🌸 thank you

**** **** - 20 November 2023

Answer from Wellstil

Hello, there is not much difference to the eye. You can get it easily. We wish you pleasant shopping

Translated by Google

Hello, I washed the product according to the washing instructions, but it shrank about 2-3 fingers from others. Is this normal?

**** **** - 7 November 2023

Answer from Wellstil

Hello, how many of your products have suffered shrinkage? Our products do not shrink because they are washed fabric, but if there is a mistake, we would like to treat it.
