Hello, we strongly recommend that you take the capsules on an empty stomach, such as in the morning or at lunch, to maximize the absorption of Krill Oil. You can adjust your dosage according to your purpose of use: While 1 capsule per day is the general protection (prophylaxis) dose, 2 capsules per day is the dosage aimed at obtaining a faster and more powerful effect for specific indications such as cholesterol support or intense focus. Krill Oil helps you get immediate effects on focus and cognitive performance, support of healthy cholesterol levels, and energy metabolism thanks to its phospholipid structure that provides superior absorption. Regular use is critical to get the best results in these areas. Use it safely.
