It's much lighter than it looks, I was expecting something heavier, it seemed like it could break easily, but it will do the job.

Is it suitable for carrying in a bag?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, yes it is suitable. But since the item is glass, the bag should not fall and get crushed.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is the product brocklasite glass?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, yes it is borosilicate glass. Suitable for hot and cold drinks.

    Translated by Google

I will leak if I fall sideways

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, the lid of the product has a leak-proof seal.

    Translated by Google

Hello, does it go into the machine?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, yes it is machine washable.

    Translated by Google

is there a smaller volume cup

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, we have other products with smaller volumes, but this product is a single size.

    Translated by Google

How long can cold water stay inside?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, the product is not double-walled. There is no heat preservation for a long time, but it can keep heat for 1-2 hours according to the room temperature when the lid is closed.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is the lid glass? Can we remove the rubber on the cover? I don't want to use it with its tire.

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, the cover is mica. The gasket is used for the lid to tighten. You can remove it if you wish.

    Translated by Google

    Does it melt ice?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, short-term heat preservation with the lid closed. Even though it is double-walled steel thermos, it does not provide long-term heat preservation.

    Translated by Google

can I drink normally out of it besides a straw or only with a straw

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hi, you can use it without the straw. It has a mouthpiece.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I want to buy the product, but I have a question: Are the glass straws we use at home suitable? Can we use them in any case?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, you can use it with all glass pipettes with a diameter of 5mm and below.

    Translated by Google

How many cm is the thin part of the bottom of the product?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, the diameter of the bottom part is 17cm.

    Translated by Google

Are the pipe and chamber made of unbreakable glass?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, it is borosilicate glass. It is not unbreakable.

    Translated by Google

Hello, as far as I understand, there is something like a plastic seal on the lid of the product to prevent leakage. Does it contain bpa? Are you the manufacturer? Do you have any information?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, yes there is a rubber seal on the inside of the lid. It does not contain BPA.

    Translated by Google

So, what is the diameter of the product? 8 mm or 5 mm?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Our glass pipette is 8mm in diameter. The product can also be used with straws up to 10mm in diameter.

    Translated by Google

Hello, the straw of the product was broken. What is the height excluding the fold? Is it 8 mm and 20 cm or 25 cm including the fold?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, the straw length is 27cm. You can use it with any straw between 26-30 cm.

    Translated by Google

can it be drank from like a cup without using the straw?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, of course. The pipette hole has its own stopper and there is a lid-covered mouthpiece section for drinking without a pipette.

    Translated by Google

does it have a handle to carry it like the Stanley thermos

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, the product has its own handle, but if you mean an external handle, no, there is no.

    Translated by Google

What is the thickness of the cooker in cm?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, the thickness of the straw is 8 mm.

    Translated by Google

Water is leaking from the lid and it does not close properly.

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hi, make sure the rubber seal is seated correctly in the slot at the bottom of the lid as in the product image. The lid will fit tightly and will not leak.

    Translated by Google

Hello, can the lid be closed when the straw is inside?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, since the straw is longer than the glass, it does not close with the straw.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I washed the product and started using it. However, the lid never opens, there must be something wrong with the rubber, I cannot apply extra force because I am afraid it will break. What should we do?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hi, the lid seal may have slipped. So it may be stuck more than necessary. You can slowly pry it open from the front and back of the cover. Before closing it again, check that the seal is properly seated.

    Translated by Google

Is the product itself glass, excluding the lid?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, only the cover of the product is mica. Its pipette and body are made of borosilicate glass.

    Translated by Google

So, what is the width and length of the mouth of the product, that is, its lid?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

The diameter of the lid is 10cm.

    Translated by Google

    Is the lid glass?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

    Hello, the cover is mica.

    Translated by Google

Hello, does the glass have anything to do with the glass being glass, or can we buy it separately? Also, it can be scratched in the machine. How should I wash it?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hi, the straw can be purchased separately, but not in our stock now. The pipette is 26cm long and 0.5cm in diameter. The product can be washed in the dishwasher, but it is recommended to wash it by hand to avoid scratching.

    Translated by Google

Hello, can I know the height?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, the height of the product is 21cm.

    Translated by Google

What is the width of the pipette in mm?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, the pipette width is 5mm.

    Translated by Google

So how many cm is the straw exactly?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

The length of the pipette is 26cm

    Translated by Google

Hello, are the body and straw glass?

    Answer from VOVO Concept

Hello, the body and straw are glass, the lid is mica.

    Translated by Google

Is it suitable for cold drink only? Or is it suitable for hot weather? Does it leak when the lid is closed, that is, will it leak if carried in a bag? Is it double walled?
