very common product

I am giving 5 stars so that the comment can be fixed at the beginning. When I received my glasses order, I put it on my eye, removed the safety lock, and noticed that the ear handle was crooked. When I put it on a flat surface, I realized that it was crooked and did not straighten. That's why I requested a return, but they said it could not be supplied and would be refunded. I also requested a refund, my refund was reviewed and I received feedback as a user error through Trendyol. After that, I reached the company and the lady working there stated that my grievance would be resolved. I would like to thank her specifically for this. I will comment again when I receive the product again.
