Product Q&As
I’m going to use it for work; I have to go in and out of water and mud several times a day during the winter. I wonder if it’s suitable for that.
Answer from VOGEL
Hello, due to its zippered design, our product has lower water resistance. It offers water repellency in normal rainy weather conditions and during short periods of water accumulation. Thank you for your interest.

Is it the perfect fit? I normally wear size 44. Should I buy size 44?
Answer from VOGEL
Hello, our product is a standard mold. If you normally wear size 44, we recommend you choose size 44.

I wonder if this product is the short version or the long version
Answer from VOGEL
Hello. The differences between our models are as follows: * 1490 – Long Model: A tall, classic model. * 1491 – Long Model with Zipper: The zippered version of the long model. * 1492 – Short Tactical Model: A shorter, tactical model. * 1493 – Short Model: A short model that ends at the heel. As the model number increases, the product length decreases. You can consider the length and model specifications of the products to choose the one that best suits you.

Is the product waterproof? Is it waterproof? Is there a waterproof guarantee? Snow, water, rain.
Answer from VOGEL
Hello, our product is genuine leather and has waterproof properties. However, due to the nature of genuine leather, we do not recommend that the boots be submerged in water for a long time or be heavily exposed to water. It can be easily used under normal usage conditions such as rain and snow. We wish you to use it in pleasant and beautiful days.

Product description
Regarding water resistance: the outer surface of the boot is water-repellent, protecting the foot from rain, snow, and brief exposure to water. the boot is not 100% waterproof. water may enter if the boot is submerged, used in deep puddles, or left standing on wet ground for an extended period. regularly protecting the leather with a maintenance spray will help maintain its water-repellent properties for a long time.
