Ahmet necdet, who has been included in contemporary turkish poetry with his poems published since the late 70s, is one of the names mentioned when it comes to the poet's connection to tradition. In several academic articles written or just referred to, and interviews with him, the poet's poetry world, which was evaluated in a limited way in the context of the tradition of divan poetry, has not been fully addressed in our study.
