Product Q&As
I have a lot of acne on my face. Will it go away?
Answer from VITAYES
Hello, it will be effective with regular use. After washing gel, you can apply the Sos serum on the acne 3-4 times a day. Helps to extinguish your acne with tea tree content and repair it with Provitamin B5. You can also use the wash gel in the morning and evening. Thank you for your interest.

Clear information on how to use the cleansing gel?
Answer from VITAYES
Hello, after thoroughly cleaning your hands, take a small amount of gel on your slightly damp hand, lather it thoroughly in your hands and apply it to your face in circular motions. After applying for 1-2 minutes, thoroughly rinse with warm water. You can use it twice a day, morning and night. Thank you for your interest.

I apply the gel, my face burns badly. Is it normal? I've only used it 3 times so far..?
Answer from VITAYES
Hi, you can test it by using it once a day instead of 2x a day. You can use it for a while rubbing it in carefully and gently. Apply it without damaging your skin too much and rinse it off with warm water afterwards. Your skin will get used to the product over time, but if you continue to complain, you can stop using it. Thank you for your interest.

The product caused dryness and flaking when applied. Is it normal for it to do this in acne areas?
Answer from VITAYES
Hello, it is normal for it to react this way during the first uses. Moisturize your skin after use. However, if you specify whether the product that reacts this way is SOS or Washing gel, we can give a clearer answer. Let it be used on good days.

Does it happen to sensitive skin?
Answer from VITAYES
Hello, it is suitable, but sensitive skin should do a patch test before using new products, use less frequently. You can use the wash gel in the morning and evening if your skin gets used to it. As for the serum, you can use it 3-4 times on the problem area. Thank you for your interest.
