I have been using the product for about 2 weeks, two a day regularly for now. It had an effect on my nails, no matter what I used, my nails have never improved yet. It was breaking before it grew, now my nails are strong and it hurts my hair more. I couldn't see any effects. I will review it again when the box is completely finished. update/ there are two three left in the box my hair is to the tips It was so soft, I even left the conditioner, my hair was shining and really It reduced my hair loss. I will start my second box. It got full marks from me. Is the supplement vitamin I need?
