Product Q&As
can you put leather wrap around it
Answer from Viscotex
Hello Dear Customer; We do not produce special covers. Thank you for choosing us! Hope to see you again.

Hello, can I get information on how to clean the inner layer other than the cover?
Answer from Viscotex
Hello; The outer cover can be washed up to 40 degrees. Visco pillows are not washed due to their raw material, we can recommend wiping them afterwards with a slightly wet or damp cloth. You can also use pillow cases from your linens for longer term use. We wish you healthy days and pleasant shopping.

Hello, I also have a herniated disc, but I do not drive. Can I use it at home while watching TV at home or while walking around in daily life?
Answer from Viscotex
Hello Dear Customer; You can use it while standing still, but it will not remain stable on your neck while walking. We wish you pleasant shopping.
