Hello, can we wash the interior in the machine?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, the inner visco material is not suitable for washing. It does not contain bacteria due to its structure, but you can still wipe it with a slightly damp cloth if you wish. Healthy days.

    Translated by Google

Hello, do you have a 16cm size?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, no sir, we do not have such a model for now. Healthy days.

    Translated by Google

Is its hardness the same as Dalyan?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

    Yes

    Translated by Google

Is it hard? What is its height?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, its height is 13 cm and our pillow is not hard.

    Translated by Google

    does it prevent wrinkles

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Tencel fabric has a soft texture and breathable structure. Compared with cotton and polyester, it has more anti-wrinkle properties. However, there is no special anti-wrinkle design for the side sleeping position. Tencel, being a fabric made from cellulose fibers, has a natural smoothness and reduces the formation of wrinkles. It also has a breathable and soft texture, so it takes shape with less movement during sleep. Which helps keep the pillows in a neat appearance.

    Translated by Google

    what is the inner filling

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, sir, the inner filling is viscoelastic memory foam.

    Translated by Google

    Is it machine washable?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, the removable outer cover is suitable for washing, but the inner visco filling cannot be washed. You can wipe it with a slightly damp cloth at most. Have a nice day.

    Translated by Google

What is the fabric other than tencel (35%)? Is it cotton?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, the cover fabric is knitted and is 65% polyester and 35% Tencel.

    Translated by Google

    How are sizes determined?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, it is determined according to the results of a test tool developed for pillows. This test system considers the height, hardness, and compression values of the cushion over time. So it determines how far our head will be buried in the pillow when lying down. Considering the general approach to comfort, people with smaller bodies tend to have their heads closer to the bed's surface when lying down, while those with larger bodies tend to have their heads further away from the bed's surface.

    Translated by Google

Hello, my product arrived, it is very nice, but it smells a lot. Is it normal? Will the smell go away over time?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, you can air it out a little after removing it from the product packaging. healthy days

    Translated by Google

Hello, I wonder how it is used? In one picture, the high side comes to the neck, in the other picture, the low side comes below the neck, I don't know which one is correct as I am buying it for the first time.

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, the high side should fit around your neck. healthy days

    Translated by Google

Hello. Does the pillow fit into normal pillow cases?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, standard duvet covers measure 70x50cm. Our Alanya model is 60x32x13-10 cm and fits easily. Healthy days.

Hello, I live in Antalya. Depending on the weather, is a pillow with neck support suitable?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, yes we can say that, the pillowcase fabric is Tencel, which means it contains natural fibers, it has a high moisture absorption and release feature like cotton, it does not cause sweating like polyester cases, also the memory foam has a moisture absorption and release feature, it is breathable. It is not rigid, it offers both neck support and comfort like Alanya winter.

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello sir, the covers of our Marmaris and Cunda models are cotton. The cover of our other models is made of tencel fabric. We wish you healthy days

How small is it? I can't use it.

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, it is a very large model. Thank you for your interest in our products

Does the outer cover shrink when put in the dryer?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

It is not recommended to dry the outer cover in the dryer, but if it is necessary to dry it in the dryer, it is useful to choose low heat or eco mode. Usually the air temperature in dryers is 60-80 degrees. That may cause the Tencel fibers to become matted and shrink.

Hello, I have the model on the raft, I am very happy with it, but it seems a little low. Will the Alanya model be exactly what I want, or should I look for a higher model? My t-shirt size is M.

Hello, Alanya model will be more suitable for you. The Side model is even higher, but may be too high for you.

good day, you classified your Alanya, Dalyan model as S.M Salda and your Bodrum model as M.L. I don't quite understand, which model should I choose as a size M person? If weight factor is important, I weigh 60 kilos. are your models medium-hard? I usually sleep on my side, I would be happy if you could help me. thanks.

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, if you generally sleep on your side, you can choose one of the recommended pillow models for M and L. Our pillows are not firm. You can evaluate the Dalyan model

    Translated by Google

Is the product soft and are there sizes such as M and L for the pillows? Should we choose pillows according to the size of the clothes we wear and why is that?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, the relationship between body size and pillow form and size helps you choose the pillow that you will be more comfortable with. So a size S person's pillow should be lower than a size XL person's. The position of our head while lying down should be close to the posture we take when walking, relative to our body. To achieve this posture, pillow height is related to body size. Of course, this is an approximation and there are other factors, among which the softness of your mattress stands out as a determining factor. We ignore that factor, assuming your mattress has average firmness. In fact, the firmer the mattress, the higher pillow to choose is also helpful.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I weigh 60 kilos, I think it would be S or M, which one would you recommend as soft? I sleep on my back and side

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, our pillows are medium soft. I can recommend you the Dalyan model, which may be more suitable for side sleeping. If you want a lower model, you can choose the Salda model.

    Translated by Google

Good night. How do I clean it?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, the pillow cover can be removed and washed. You can also buy a replacement case specific to the model you get. The foam material of the pillow is not suitable for washing.

    Translated by Google

Will the high part of the pillow come down (to our neck)? How will we use it?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, yes sir, the high part will come to your neck and provide support while lying down, allowing your neck muscles to relax and thus ensuring a comfortable sleep.

    Translated by Google

Is the product hard? I don't want it to be soft enough to sink into my head. Is there anyone with a hard structure?

    Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, our pillows are medium soft, they are not hard, sir.
