I didn't think it affected the sleep quality of the pillow much until I bought this pillow. What I feel when I wake up in the morning Neck and back pain have disappeared significantly. In the first days, the pillow may feel high after the pillow. But I'm 1.60 tall, even though I'm tall, it felt comfortable after a few days. My wife bought the blue one, which was a hard model. It made him comfortable because he needed to lie sideways during surgery. The pillow height was good because it fit over her shoulder. But the blue one feels high when lying down. That's why we bought it green too.
