Translated by Google

It seemed a little thin under my head. Is there a certain standard?

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, our product is produced in standard adult sizes. The first use may feel thinner than your previous pillow because its orthopedic structure is designed to keep the neck and spine in the right alignment. After a few nights of use, it is expected that you will feel more comfortable as your body adjusts.

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, yes it is suitable, you can use it easily.

Translated by Google

is it good for a herniated neck disc

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, thanks to its ergonomic visco structure, it can help maintain a more accurate position during sleep and reduce the pressure on the neck by supporting the head and neck. Users with cervical disc herniation can also choose it.

Translated by Google

Hello, is it especially good for forehead wrinkles? Normal pillows leave marks on your forehead.

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, the main purpose of our product is to provide a comfortable sleeping position by ergonomically supporting the neck and head area. We do not make a claim to directly remove or treat forehead wrinkles. But it specifically supports sleeping on the back, which can help reduce face contact with the pillow and pressure. We wish you healthy days.

Translated by Google

Hello, I have severe neck straightening and a 3-level neck hernia. What height in cm is suitable for me?

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, dear customer, you can use this product easily. We wish you a good evening.

Translated by Google

Is the production method special molding (molded visco), or cutting from a large block?

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, our product is not large block cutting. Visco sponge is produced by shaping the anatomical form of the pillow in special molds (molded visco). 😊

Translated by Google

Is there a pillow with a height of 18-20 cm and a slightly longer one?

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, unfortunately there is no harder option for this model with a height of 18-20 cm. Our current model is 13/10 cm high and has a supportive medium-hard visco structure.

Translated by Google

Does the pillow's sleeping direction matter?

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello dear customer, you can use both sides, we wish you a good day.

Translated by Google

hi, is it good for neck pain

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, our product is designed to support the neck and head area and help maintain the correct position during sleep. Thanks to its visco structure, it can help reduce the pressure in the neck area by taking the shape of the body and provide a more comfortable sleeping position. We wish you healthy days.

Translated by Google

Does it work for neck hock

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, our pillow is ergonomically designed to support the natural position of the neck and spine. It can help to correctly support the neck area and ensure a more balanced position during sleep. But it is not a medical product that treats or completely removes the existing neck hump. You can choose it to support the correct sleeping position with regular use.

Translated by Google

Hello, I think we put our head in a shorter place when we lie on our side. Can I know the measurement of that part?

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, the width of the shoulder support area designed for side sleeping is approximately 16 cm. This section offers a comfortable sleep experience by supporting the natural alignment of the head and neck.

Translated by Google

what is the center button for why is it there and is it a regular pillow case

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, dear customer, you can ensure the preservation of the form by attaching the snap fastener to the space in the middle of the pillow. It is compatible with standard pillowcases.

Translated by Google

We didn't know if it would snap. What is the button in the middle for? Doesn't that button open our face?

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello dear customer, you can combine the snap with the space in the middle of the pillow and attach it, it will not touch your face.

Hello, does it have the ability to prevent wrinkles on the face?

Answer from Visco Planet Global

Hello, Our pillow is not a direct anti-wrinkle product, but thanks to its visco structure, it offers a more comfortable sleeping position by reducing the pressure applied to your face. This can help minimize the formation of marks due to the contact of the face with the pillow. It also provides neck and spinal support, promoting a healthier sleep experience.
