Product description

Remove any stain spots on the garment before painting.

wash the pre-wash agent with warm, soapy water.

this helps remove any surfaces that may interfere with paint absorption.

set the water temperature to the hottest possible setting and run a wash cycle of at least 30 minutes or more.

the longer the product is in the dye, the darker the colors will be.

wear rubber gloves, mix victoria fabric paint in a plastic container with very hot water.

melt thoroughly.

in a separate container, when natural fibers such as cotton or linen are dyed, dissolve 1 part salt in 4 parts very hot water.

if you are doing silk or nylon dyeing, mix 2 to 4 cups of hot tap water with 1 cup of vinegar.

add 1 teaspoon of dish soap to support the level painting.

start the cycle.

pour the paint solution into the agitator.

then pour in the salt or vinegar solution.

thoroughly wash the dispenser with 4 more cups of hot tap water.

pour fiske fabric dye fixative into the softener section to increase color and reduce color bleeding.

use 1 packet of fiske for 1 packet of viktoria.

wash item again in warm water with mild detergent.

to clean the washing machine : wipe the inside of the door and pour a little bleach through the inside dispenser (if you have one) as paints can get into these areas.

then fill the washer to the highest water level and select the hottest water temperature setting.

add detergent with 2 cups chlorine bleach and run a complete wash cycle with 3 old towels.
