Product details
Product description
Model : 1440-001 Weight : 71 gr Fly fishing reels are used to spread the line with a fly rod in one hand while the other hand is used to unload the required length of line from the reel in a controlled manner so that it can move freely.
The main purpose of a fly fishing reel is to collect the line while fighting the fish for a long time, to provide smooth and uninterrupted tension (drag) and to balance the weight of the fly rod during the spread.
The mechanics of fly fishing reels used in saltwater or freshwater are quite simple. By turning the lever on the side of the reel, you usually achieve a 1:1 ratio of rewind (one full revolution of the reel lever equals one revolution of the reel).
Fly fishing reels are very simple and have far fewer parts than other fishing reels.
On the outside of the reel, there are two levels of knobs for releasing the reel and adjusting the drag
