Product Q&As
Hello, I liked the bag very much, but could it have a longer strap and the dimensions of the bag could be a little larger? If possible, I like bigger and more spacious and I like to carry all the items I have in the bag. ☺️ I will order, thank you for the first person
Answer from Hanımın Dükkanı
Hello, if you wish, there is a large size version of this bag without a scarf on my profile, you can buy it from there. if you remind me the strap size and out when you receive it, i can extend the strap size a little for you and add a scarf as a gift

Hello, welcome. Can this bag be used as a normal shoulder bag? Also, do we choose the color of the tied saline?
Answer from Hanımın Dükkanı
Hello, thank you sir. Our bag is a shoulder bag When you tell me the color you want, I will check and if we have it, we will use that color scarf.

From the photos taken by those who bought the bag, some of the handles are long and some are short. Do we choose it? I wanted it to be like a shoulder bag, not a handbag.
Answer from Hanımın Dükkanı
Hello, our hanger is standard size. It may have to do with that photo angle. It is used as a shoulder bag.
