Hello, I have been using the product for 1 year without any problems, but today it started to turn upside down. What do you recommend? It leaks excessive water from the spiral part.
Answer from Evsa Yapı Market
Hello, insert the nozzle and if there is a piece at the connection point with the hose end that causes clogging, clean it. There is a filter at the end of the nozzle, if you can remove it, check the filter. Possibly, your hot and cold water valves are not filtered, which may have caused sediment or particles to accumulate at the outlet of the mains water over time.

Does the spiral head pull itself in automatically after using it or do we push it?
Answer from Evsa Yapı Market
You should mount the weight ball on the spiral hose, it will help it gather, in case the spiral does not gather automatically, you should guide it into its slot with your hand.
