Product Q&As
We say it's for dyed hair, but I used it once more today, I'm throwing it away because it's like this. I don't know if it's thick or hard on my hair. I was using this product for damaged hair before. It was much better. It made my hair soft. My hair is blonde because it didn't soften the dyed hair. I wonder why?
Answer from Cosmarkt
Hello, if your hair has been bleached, use the shampoo, mask and BB cream of our series for damaged hair for 2 weeks. After two weeks you can use this series. If your hair is damaged, that's why it didn't do like the other series. This series does not have a softening effect, it softens your hair and delays the flow of your dye because it contains silk protein.

Hello, do we need to use conditioner along with this shampoo? Or is this one shampoo enough?
Answer from Cosmarkt
Hello, you need to use a mask with shampoo. It would be better if you use the serum of the same series.

Answer from Cosmarkt
Hello, it provides protection for every paint tone. It doubles the protection of the time you normally use. Our suggestion is to use it with the serum of this series.

Product content
vasso paint protective shampoo - vasso color balance shampoo gently cleanses the hair while helping to protect the paint in the hair and prolong its lifespan. Thanks to the amino acid complex in its content, it helps to restore the ph balance of the hair, tighten its structure, and prevent the color that has penetrated into the hair from leaking.
silk protein gives the hair an excellent smoothness. Vasso color protective shampoo shows its maximum effect in the first washes where a newly dyed hair loses the most color. Method of application: apply a certain amount of shampoo to wet hair.
gently massage into hair to lather. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Repeat if necessary. Use it with vasso color magnetic products for excellent results.
for best results, it is recommended to start using it after the coloring process.
attention: for external use. Keep it in places where children cannot reach. Protect from sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water. The product can cause irritation. In case of any irritation, discontinue use of the product and seek medical attention.
