Worst service experience. The item I received was in a damaged condition. This clearly shows a lack of basic responsibility from the seller. I strongly advise others not to order this item from them. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that a return is not possible, which is completely unacceptable. It seems they are only focused on making money rather than providing proper customer support. Very disappointing experience.
