Hello, the pillows arrived today, I think they are nice pillows, but I have an allergy to smells and I smell a smell on the pillow. Maybe it's because it was in storage. How can I get rid of that smell? I don't want to give it back either
Answer from Varol Tekstil
Hello, first of all, I am very glad that you like our pillows. To eliminate the odor that has formed in the pillow, I recommend ventilating the pillow; leaving it in the sunlight for a few hours outside or keeping it outdoors for a while will be effective. If the smell persists, wiping with a slightly damp cloth may also help. I hope these methods work, and I wish you pleasant use!
