Product Q&As
Can we use it by heating it in hot boiling water?
Answer from Vanaca Grup
Hello sir: For hot use, leave the product in an empty container, pour boiled water over it and let it sit for 5-8 minutes to prepare the product. Apply the compress with the help of a thin cloth for max. You can apply it for 15 minutes.

Hello, how long does it maintain its cooling capacity after taking it out of the freezer?
Answer from Vanaca Grup
Hello sir, the heat preservation time is shorter in our 13*13 dimensions and longer in larger package dimensions. In 13X13cm dimensions, it lasts between 20 minutes and 1 hour, then it drops to normal cold temperatures and stays at normal cold temperatures for a few more hours.

Hello, I am going on a long trip and I am thinking of freezing these and putting them in a thermal bag. What would be the average time they stay cold?
Answer from Vanaca Grup
Hello sir, the quality of your thermal bag is very important. It has been tested that a medium quality bag stays cold for a minimum of 4-5 hours, and a good bag stays cold for up to 10-12 hours. Of course, ambient conditions and amount of gel used are also important.
